Denise started her training career as a trainer in a retail call center. Over time, her roles expanded into eLearning developer, documentation writer, instructional designer, and training management. Her roles have spanned various industries and her training programs have addressed multiple audiences, including new hires, customer service representatives, managers, sales people, and doctors. Denise is passionate about distilling complex or impactful topics into concise and engaging training that promotes thinking and changes behavior.
